Startup family business with bad working conditions

QiTASC is a startup family business. The company grew fast in the past years but this came with a price for working conditions: Employees are expected to travel in Europe (and sometimes beyond) repeatedly and on very short notice. Assignments of employees to projects can change from one day to another. And no matter how fast, how long and how flexible you work, you are always conveyed the feeling that it is still not enough. There is almost no training and information about what you should do in new projects. The managers (who are at the same time the company owners) are in my experience not willing or able to listen to criticism. Payment for newcomers is only industry average.

Altogether I would recommend QiTASC only if it is important for you to work in a company where english is the primary language. If you are looking for a job you want to do in the long term and not to have an early burnout, I recommend to look elsewhere.
